Copied by Mike on 12 Jan at 1237 UTC on 9450 kHz. Mike writes that the USB side of 9450 had a dead carrier and a weaker BC station. E25 was audible on LSB. The message which was odd in itself. "785 34 788 22 24 28 31 33 785 34 788 22 24 28 31 33" repeated. Followed by "78 78 78 78 78 message message" (at 1255) but no message was ever passed! By 1300 Polish Radio came on 9450.
