Alf found a "V" marker on two frequencies. The characteristics are not the same as the "V" marker on 3658 kHz. I don't know if they are related.

Jon-FL writes that he has found a long sought secondary Cuban frequency:
11565 kHz at 0400 UTC. The signal was very weak.
