Fritz reported a Russian Counting Man on 7 Feb at 1950 UTC on 4397 kHz. The man counted from 0-9 for quite some time. Possibly S14.

V02a / M08a

Problems for our Cuban friends on 24-02, 1600 UTC, 6768 kHz: V02a sending "uno uno uno uno..." for quite some time.

The same happened at the same time on 16178 kHz where it transmitted "tres tres tres tres..."
