Mike investigated the sample that Igor supplied and says

"I took up the one on 14745 and have been investigating it with the help of the Enigma 2000 E11 desk etc. The conclusion was that this transmission was a special sending probably starting at 06:45 on the 14th November. Its quite a high frequency for E11 and not within the normal time frame."

Heard on 9450 kHz, 1222 UTC on 23-11 with Eastern music followed by 835 1001 1123 groups in English. Then suddenly two 4FGs in Arabic.
