Cluster beacons
An unid "K" marker was heard on 4545.3 kHz. Not sure if it's Russian. It uses a .3 frequency which is also being used by the "K" cluster beacon.

A nice catch from Alex who copied the now sporadic former M01 "end of the month" transmission. This message now pops up on unpredicted times and frequency. Alex heard the transmission on 12-10 at 1742 UTC on 4491 kHz.

Many thanks to Jean who sent us a website that contains all the morse lessons that the station transmits. Jean writes
"This seems to be CW lessons sent by the "Direction Centrale des Transmissions Et de l'Informatique" DCTEI. The transmitters are in Vernon (~100 Km West of Paris). These lessons started in 1938 with various transmitters and ended up transmitted by this Vernon DCTEI site."
Interesting website!!! http://documents.ref-union.org/C/C2-06.php
