Remarks by Alpha:

No messages changed in the second phase of July 2006.
Changing id: the daily message at 1300 UTC and the repeats on various days and times changed from 67992 to 30744.
It seems that the 1300 UTC slot changes more often.
Oddity: id 25506 was used in 2 periods, but with a different message after 2 weeks.
On 17 Aug 67992 was replaced by 30744 with a new message.
On 28 Aug 30744 was replaced by 67992, same ID as before, but a new and 56462 was replaced by 97968 also with a new message.

I will make other calls complete soon too, so we can make a complete E10 message grid again!

Message analysis shows us, that E10-JSR isn't a "high-traffic" one, cause most message are running at least 2-3 month. Also some slots are idling now for a longer time. But notice that slots 1600z and 2000z began sending first in 09/05! Also no sked changes since the last 2 years!
