Rimantas send me a couple of notes about the Squeaky Wheel. Much appreciated my friend.
On 27-06 at 0325 UTC he heard a live voice message in Russian on 3828 kHz USB, sending 3FGs. The format is similar to the messages transmitted by "the Pip".
The Squeaky Wheel is a Russian military station similar to "UVB-76" (4625 kHz near Moscow-Povarovo), "Plavets-41" and its "R" marker(4325.9 // 5465.9 kHz near Yekaterinburg) and "the Pip" (3756 (day) and 5448 kHz (night) near Rostov/Don).
The location is still not known but probably in the NW part of Russia.
The summer schedule of S32 is:
| 0335 - 1725 UTC | 5473 kHz USB | (+1.85 kHz) |
| 1725 - 0335 UTC | 3828 kHz USB | (+1.85 kHz) |
Transmission content:
The following transmission was heard by Rimantas on 15 July at 1835 UTC on 3828 kHz. The message was read by a lady in Russian.
"Ya - Riabina. Dlia: 503, 544, 515, 524, 285, 287, 288, 513. Kak slyshno? Kak slyshno? Priyom". (repeated 3x)
Translation:
"I am Riabina (Rowan). For: 503, 544, 515, 524, 285, 287, 288, 518. How do you read me? How do you read me? Over".
