*) I got a note from Attu Bosch in Alaska. He heard RTS on 3755 kHz. It is said that callsign RTS belongs to the Russian navy in Magadan. I cannot confirm this, though. The station transmits in morse. Much of its traffic goes to "UGU" callsigns. Also unids to me. It sends a short zero. If someone has a positive id of these stations, please let me know.

Tony mailed his report about an Argentine Navy exercise to WUN. The exercise was near Mar Del Plata.

Frequencies : 18279.7, 14821.5, 8301.0, 6771.5, 6491.5, 3242.0 kHz.
Modes : Voice, Packet 300bd and 1200bd and RTTY mostly 75/170

The Argentine Air Force joined the exercise and activated ALE channels 7528.5 and 6883.0 kHz, both USB. Calls: MDP1 Mar Del Plata, DIL1 Tandil, PAL2 El Palomar, PAL3 El Palomar.
