The Gulf exploded last week. Activity on the airwaves is at an all time high - and that includes Numbers transmissions. I've heard from many of you and other readers of the notable increase in Numbers broadcasts, in particular, Phonetic Alphabet Stations which are reportedly operated by the Mossad.
Here's a run-down on the various phonetic stations that have been heard by numerous contributors in recent days. I haven't included the times because these stations are running virtually around the clock! Check at 15 past and 15 before the hour for "channel markers". These typically broadcast the phonetic callsign and the number "Two". This appears to be an indicator that there is "no traffic" to pass. Others appear on the hour or on the half-hour with their traffic.
| Callsign | Frequency (kHz) |
| Charlie India Oscar | 6745 |
| 10125 | |
| 17966 | |
| Echo Zulu India | 6840 |
| Juliet Sierra Romeo | 7540 |
| Kilo Papa Alpha | 7445 |
| Uniform Lima X-Ray | 4881 |
| Victor Lima Bravo | 7605 |
| 12950 | |
| Yankee Hotel Foxtrot | 7918 |
