Hi friends of the worldwide numbers stations movement, here is the new edition of N&O. Ary is working on the WUN CD, and Jochen from Germany - the "Kopf" - volunteered again - same procedure as last year, but this time with the logs section. Please don't forget to send logs to Ary's address. This month the numbers scene was again very active.

There are two things that I want to bring to your attention:

This is N&O 78. In 78 (I mean the year 1978) I found my first BND station (we call it "G16" today) - it was "LM". Unfortunately, I haven't any sample of this station any more. Does anyone of you have such old recordings? Please drop me a line, if you have some of them, at Jochen Schaefer <Jochen.Schupper@gmx.de>. Thanks in advance. In 2005 "Numbers & Oddities" can celebrate a jubilee: 10 years ago, Ary started this column. He has all these issues from 1995 till today on his website. Many things have happened since 1995, but N&O stayed. Although we don't have 2005 yet, I want to thank Ary in advance in the name of all for 10 years producing N&O, and we hope, that many further years will follow. - So enjoy this edition!
