ABC was reportedly on 6428 and 13999 kHz on 9 November. This one hasn't been heard in the past few months. I'm glad that it's still alive.

AF writes that S17c has changed its frequency. His last log for 8190//5301 kHz was:

On 8 November the station was heard on 9165 kHz from 1250-1257 with a good signal. The 2nd frequency has not been found yet.

A dxer from Northeast PA writes to ENIGMA that M08 and V02 were mixing again as of 0320 UTC on 4 November.

The Cuban military station a.k.a. "the Babbler" is another one that we missed here for a while. Chris found it transmitting on it's usual frequency 6529 kHz.
