PVO, Russia's Air Defense, has been reported by a number of dxers. It used frequencies 4071 (id 8), 4559 (id 8), 5011 (id 8), 5201 (id 0).
One of the M21 variants was observed on 3301 kHz with callsign PSNN with messages like 9977712307116 9977715901620 997771236824 4997? Then 2 mins of "PSNN".

The L9CC family now has a designator and it therefore moved from the military section to the morse section. M89 was heard by Michel, Igor and myself. Igor copied not only the endless call-up string but also a couple of messages.

I heard only two markers while writing this column. Bad conditions or simply not on the air?

As a result of many complaints by radio amateurs, the Ukraine authorities have stopped the transmissions of cluster beacon "D". The cluster beacons on 7039 kHz are in the middle of the HAM band. I wonder if "D" is really gone or will it pop up again during the next navy exercise? We'll see.
