Russian/CIS military

3261 kHz	PSBY:	"926 72 27 1950 926 BT 443 BT"

3826 kHz	K3D7:	"R 313 K" then radio checks with P1YC, H2TY, NYLN, Z87X, T83I, YBVZ, QBAE, C2A4.

7038 kHz	RGT77	with 5LGs (Cyrillic characters) after: "RGT77 RGT77 541 = .... K " (RTG77 has been around for many years and was observed with "XXX XXX" flash messages in the past. So far I have never seen a positive id. Does anyone know who this is?)

8816 kHz	RJF94:	Russian Navy Central control station in Moscow, working with aircraft 47931 in morse, who calls in to signoff the net (SK).
	RJC48:	Russian Navy Southern Sector station. Was called by aircraft 71417 who passed message: "QTO 1522 QRD UKFG URKA QBD 4900 QRE 1616 QTH 4509 3632 QTR 1534".

9059 kHz	8L1X:	sends only "VVV" then "RK". Later also messages in morse.

14556 kHz	RIW	working with UTCW in morse, 1440 UTC, 23 Sept. Message:
