Fritz contributed his monitoring results of what he calls "Netz 25" (Network 25). Fritz says "This is another "Marker" station sending every 20 sec a marker c/s. This station seems to be affiliated with the Czech network S8BD/CH8N/U4NP through its typical characteristics and because they use same NCG (net control group). QTH is unknown. QTE from Zürich is 150/330 degrees, which is strange."
This bearing is towards Italy which seems be be odd. We are therefore looking for dxers who are willing to df these stations from various points in Central and Southern Europe. Can we count on you?
The number messages vary from 1 to 10 messages of 20 or 50 groups, message preparation time is CET (CEST), off-line encrypted (5LGs or 5FGs) are repeated. The messages are automated, preamble and calls are hand keyed in a very poor manner with many errors. Transmission times may vary considerably.
Like the S8BD network, this one also seems to use a 10 day cycle for changing its freq/QRA. In July it became clear that "Netz 25" isn't another station that sends broadcasts only. There are at least 5 call signs / stations in the network and one CQ call (see examples). The use of parallel and night freqs isn't clear yet.
