M42 / X06

Two interesting logs from Igor this month. The "M42" stations used CW in the early 1990's and earlier and switched to RTTY, MFSK and other more advanced modes in the past few years. But every now and then these Morse transmissions pop up. I wonder what may cause that. It could be that the receiving station has problems with its digital equipment. As we know, the operators can send Morse, although not all of them are good at it. Some are very sloppy.
