Unid stations

This unid station was reported by various radio amateurs:

14190 kHz, 5 April, 2031 UTC, Morse.
"88888" was transmitted every 9.5 seconds.
This one comes from Maciej who had an accident earlier this month. All the best from us at WUN, Maciej.
36650 kHz FM, 1103 UTC, 19 June. OM reading numbers,"319 na 110".
It sounded rather like a weather station than a numbers station.
Another log from Igor: 8619 kHz, a Chinese station at 1213 UTC, 29 June, numbers read by a YL in Chinese. syntesised voice:
