Two active NATO frequencies were troubled by very loud feed back. It sounded kind of interesting, actually :-)
Frequencies: 5201.5 and 5225.5 kHz.

The MPSK-like transmissions of the Japanese navy, a.k.a. the "Slot Machine" are widely heard on a large number of frequencies: 3058, 3075, 4152.5, 4231.5, 4291, 5643, 6249.5, 6417, 6445, 6500, 6693, 6768, 8312.5, 8588 and 8703.5 kHz.

The IARU Monitor System Newsletter mentioned a number of jammed frequencies. The usual bunch on 7 MHz, mostly from Iran and Iraq, and the Havana Gurgle.
Frequencies: 4665, 5630, 6647, 6745, 7000, 7004, 7008, 7010, 7020, 7025, 7031, 7070 and 18090 kHz.
In addition to these I found a couple of very loud jammers on other frequencies.
