The "Mazielka" selcal was heard on a number of frequencies during the past few months: 7529, 7819, 8097, 9045, 9080, 9105, 9215, 9235, 14501, 14871, 14934, 16117 and 16223 kHz. Some of them were directly followed by M42 transmissions.
M42's transmissions from Cuba seem to have vanished since the Russians pulled out of Cuba. Reports are very welcome, folks!

Apart from FAPSI (Russian diplo/intel comms) we haven't covered any other diplo stations in this column. Several people have asked for info about other countries.
Please note that Day Watson covers these stations in his "Digital Review" column in the WUN newsletter. Copies of all newsletters can be found on the WUN website at http://www.wunclub.com. Before Day took over, I wrote the Digital Review. A somewhat dated compilation of the diplo articles from my days can be found at http://www.wunclub.com/archive/files/DiploWD6.zip
Another very good source is Mike Chace's website at http://www.chace-ortiz.org/umc/mfaindex.html
7 MHz was crowded with jammers, as usual. The most popular frequencies were: 7000, 7010, 7020, 7030, 7031, 7037, 7050, 7060, 7070, 7080, 7086 and 7088 kHz.
XPH used schedule 018 for the morning transmissions in April.
| 0600 UTC | 11083 kHz |
| 0620 UTC | 12183 kHz |
| 0640 UTC | 13883 kHz |
Evening schedule: 194.
| 2000 UTC | 12180 kHz |
| 2020 UTC | 10970 kHz |
| 2040 UTC | 9475 kHz |
The irregular 10/30/50 transmissions were copied with schedule 845.
| 2010 UTC | 14890 kHz |
| 2030 UTC | 13420 kHz |
| 2050 UTC | 11580 kHz |
Apparently they abandoned the predictable behaviour and stopped using the 2000 and 2001 schedules. Hence no predictions for May.

I copied an unid station on 14 April at 1949 UTC on 8237 kHz, sending DTMF tones. It sent "0123" over and over for ca 15 minutes and then
disappeared. Very loud signal here in Holland.
A MP3 file is available from the N&O website (8237.zip)
