On the 28th October I received two very good recordings from one of my correspondents in Central Europe, who copied the station(s) earlier that day. I have put both recordings on the N&O site so that you can download them. Thanks for sending them, OM, and thanks for the Farsi translation, Leif.
The two new 'Russian' Man and Woman broadcasts appeared on 28 October. So far they were reported only once. The languages used are Farsi and Tajik, both languages are new to the numbers scene, as far as I know.
The messages and voices are in Russian Man/Woman style and are most likely related to the situation in Afghanistan. Both were sent to 464.
The full transcripts are as follows:

I heard an E10 anomaly on 20 November on 14000 kHz at 1458-1500 UTC. I was looking for E15 and tuned in at 1458. I heard ART2 with intervals of 30 seconds till 1500 UTC. At 1500, I heard only 'Alpha' followed by a slow '.-' ('A' in morse); then they signed off. I kept listening till 1506 but heard nothing else.
Tomonori copied this string on 6 November at 1603 UTC, on 7445 kHz: MIWAQ8NAD
An 'ABC' transmission was heard on 14000 kHz at 1700 UTC. Date unknown.

Egypt based station E15 is still around. Only reports for 14 MHz come in these days. I wonder if the rest of the old schedule is still working. Can anyone from the east Mediterranean area check this out?
'Frank Young Peter' was on the air at 1100, 1600 and 1700 UTC with QRU 'Queen Robert Union' notes. All transmissions were on 14000 kHz.
