Propagation logger

Klaus Betke reports that the Russian propagation logger is still active. This is the first report in a couple of months. Maybe it is better audible during the winter months in the northern hemisphere.

It used to have two schedules; one at hh07 and one at hh37. Klaus has heard the first one. Frequencies: 3007 up to 28007 kHz in 10 sec steps.
