An unid Polish military station has been reported on various occasions during the past 3 years. Transmissions were noted on 2309, 3164, 5091, 5132.5, 5213.5, 5229, and 5388.5 kHz USB, mostly during the European afternoon and evening (1530-2100 UTC).
A transmission last circa 15 minutes and consists of various short messages read out by a male. Each message starts with the word 'Uwaga', meaning 'Attention'. The messages are sent as broadcasts, like the USAF 'Sky king messages'. Here are a few message samples. Wald was so kind to translate them for me. Thanks OM! Any info about this station is most welcome.
