Web news
- A number of Russian journalists who write about intelligence matters, joint forces and started a website called 'AGENTURA' where you can find many interesting articles, provided that you can read Russian. There are even links to the WUN and N&O websites. Isn't that cool? :-) There is an English introduction page.
- Although the majority of the numbers stations are morse stations, they are not very popular with the numbers monitors. Nevertheless, the morse stations info file has been updated. The file includes profiles of the most widely heard stations and can been downloaded from the N&O web site.
- The Japanese '500 club' is an active SW radio club with a numbers page written by regular N&O contributor Takashi Yamaguchi. You may want to pay them a visit. Note that the pages are in Japanese only.
- The sweeps of Chirp sonders can regularly heard on SW. When a sounder pops up, questions appear on the WUN mailing list. There is a nice site that answers a lot of questions about chirp sounders. Check out this site.
- Ben Mesander writes that he has been putting together a page that depicts the formats of various numbers stations in a graphical way. Check his site.
