Alf's report

Alf from Central Europe is apparently active again. Here are a number of his findings. I have been looking for a couple of them for quite a while (VLDR, DPQT, M21) and thought that they went down the drain, but Alf logged them very recently. It has been a while, Alf. Welcome back! I think that the majority of your unids are Eastern European military stations. Note that the new NATO countries and other PfP countries -Russia excepted- are using CET nowadays.

Back into the slow 'K4SX'-marker. 8: QTC/Msg-Nr., 20: msg of 20 grps, 10: Date, 1031: CEST/Central European Summer Time !!! nxt msg 0852z: '... QTC 9 20 10 1052 = 202 K4SX =', 5 LGS.

This one (L9CC) is very mystic one!!! active since years, only (?) with a calling taped marker. Operator???? CIS???
