S17 seems to have moved frequency again, from 9385 to 6945. 8190 is unchanged. The change happened between the 17th of Feb and the 29th of March.

The unid from last month still remains an unid, but the 'names' that were repeated (OLGA, SERGEI, YURI, MIKHAIL, NICKOLEI, IVAN etc) are simply letters from a Russian phonetic alphabet.
