Rimantas Pleikys checks in with an interesting log:
"The Blank Carrier"(low burbling hum: two tones peaking 250 Hz apart; a kind of FSK?), on the following frequencies: 4049, 4301, 4705, 5305, 6801 kHz
| 5305.5 kHz | 20:00-20:20 UTC | S.I.O 545 |
| 5307.5 kHz | 20:20-20:40 UTC | S.I.O.343 |
| 5308.0 kHz | 20:00-21:00?UTC | S.I.O.232 |
Seems as a group of 3 xmitters at 3 sites, on 3 close frequencies, in the time-shifted schedule. Navigation system? Any ideas? At 21:40 UTC both 5307.5 and 5308.0 went off; at 22:00 - 5305.5 started again; at 22:20 started both 5307.5 and 5308.0.
Schedules to be monitored. Any comments, reception levels?"
Beats me Rimantas; I have no idea. Info or suggestions are most welcome folks!
