Backward Music Stations

Location of the transmitters of the transmissions on 4706, 5178, 6695, 6753 kHz and probably also other frequencies is Palermo, Sicily, Italy. As far as I know it is a NATO communications device. I don't know what it exactly does, but when you listen very carefully, you can often hear traces of voice and rtty signals.
