A useful freq for judging propagation is RWM. JoA mentioned on Tuesday 09/03
"Very good reception at moment of Russian Standard Time & Freq. Stn: 9996kHz. 0755-0800 rapid pips + clicks every second + pause & tone every minute. This stopped from 0800z (Continuous tone) until 0807:58z - 0808-0809 Morse (recorded). 0810z Impulse every second. Double impulse at 30 sec. point , longer pulse each minute, double impulses 09-12 second."
