Comments:-
E25, heard again clearly in UK after a long period of silence, see entry
E11, the comments in Issue 18 re the “stutter groups” (77777) come as no surprise to the CW team. This has been a feature of its CW counterpart M03 for the past 3 years or so, however it is only being sent when the GC is between 30 and 37. If the M03 message has a GC in the 50’s then the stutter groups are not sent (per GD)
