Maintaining the current sked.

During May utilised the 9meg freqs ,very often in the early morning skeds
9062, 9064, 9113, 9153, 9239, 9323, 9329, 9331kHz
Harmonics still apparent, no triples logged.
Reduced activity after 08.00z during first few days of June.
Improvement in keying noticed - got new kit ??
May/June, more early skeds monitored, eg.
| 04.06z | (04.01z start ?) | 5680kHz | 26 x 5f gps. |
| 04.10z | 6780kHz | 30 x 5f gps | |
| 04.21z | 6780kHz | 35 x 5f gps |
Other freqs 5860, 7380
On 16/6/02 18.00z it TX'd on the Amateur SSTV freq of 14230kHz, it's done this before!
We need further confirmation of the Sunday morning first TX, 06.40 ?? 13484 / 14916. It would appear that these freqs are associated with different calls - 134/149
Confirmed as we went to press, thanks PoSW.
Recent Sunday early morning pattern has been :-
| 06.40z | 13484kHz | 07.00z | 14785kHz | 07.20z | 16085kHz | = 134 sked |
| 07.00z | 14453kHz | 07.20z | 15953kHz | 07.40z | 17453kHz | = 494 sked |
Started on Sunday 2/6/02 a further sked, as in June last year.
07.00z 14532, 0720 16032 = 505 sked. Third freq/time not yet known.
An "odd" start time, 19.55z has been noted since April on various days
Interestingly the Tue/Wed 18.30z 12133kHz call 963, repeated 18.50z 13544 & 19.10z 14728 has recently sent the same message as the 16.00z "749" sked.
There have also been a number of longer than usual mssg's , especially on the "517" sked, where the usual 20min repeat has NOT been kept.
Also noted was the difference in signal strength between 14365 & 14722 TX'ing at the same time (12/4/02 20.23z) giving an indication of separate TX sites, with the stronger signal being very "clean"
Freqs used, 17525, 16125, 16157, 14722, 14725, 14784, 14728, 14567, 14366, 13544, 13374, 12133, 11407, 11103.
On 30/4/02 the 18.30z "963" sked on 12133kHz was repeated at 18.50z on a HIGHER freq of 13544kHz, very unusual - normally on a LOWER freq !! - while the "485" sked had start times of 19.15z, 19.35z, 19.55z. A full log check showed that this sked has used these "non-standard" times since beginning of April, perhaps this will be another "indicator" for M12/485.
The long standing Wed 18.30/18.50/19.10z "583" sked appears to have ceased, last heard 3rd April, as has the Wed 19.20z "418" sked last heard 1st May. ANY logs of these would be appreciated.
On Tues 21/5/02, 21.00z, 15772kHz, 21.24z 14572kHz, 21.40z 13372kHz
First confirmed report for a very long time, "753" sked, with DK/GC's of "6724 149" & "5431 99"
Logs received indicate the high accuracy of the prediction charts given in Issue 10.
Additional sked logged "Mon 13/5, 03.30, 11475kHz, ID 458"
Some "early starts" noted, if these continue we will amend our predictions accordingly.
Additional freq for First Sat's ?
Sat 4th May, 02.30z, 6715kHz.
Sent " 767 R5, BT 265 20 BT 20 x 5f 767 x 12 BT 265 20 BT 20 x 5f BT 000"
Sat 1st June, 02.30z, 6715kHz.
Sent "303 R5, BT 267 86 BT 86 x 5f 303 x 12 BT 267 86 BT 86 x 5f BT 000"
Above confirms the 767- short mssg & 303 - long mssg formats, as predicted by MS & GD
Ed note
The M13 stations generally are continually full of surprises, perhaps we will do an "article" in future.
Appears to be conforming to the usual M13 ID numbering for long and short messages, and sequential message numbers, we will watch carefully for any variations.
Has used the normal M13 format but the ID's give it away.
M13 ID's 281/679 do the same with 281=long & 679=short.
M13b uses a similar system, but changes ID each month, ie nnn = long & nnn nnn nnn 000 = short
Sat 18th May, 02.30z, 6715kHz
Sent an unprecidented 492 gp mssg, with the repeat it was TX'ing well over 3 hrs.
MS made a complete transcription of this marathon, but the expected 18.00/22.00z repeat was NOT found - either side of the pond ?
The "first Friday of month" TX heard 3 May/7 June 19.00z 11540kHz "831" sked clg 467 467 93 93 = =" rpt 20.00z 10525kHz. Repeated on Sat 19.00z 11555kHz & 20.00z 10525kHz
The "third Friday of month" TX heard 19 April/17 May 19.00z 11550/11535kHz, rpt 20.00z 10525kHz with a 831 831 831 00000 4 minute nul mssg.
Logs are confirming the info in Issue 10 as generally correct so will not repeat in this issue.
| Logged | Fri 26 April | 18.09z | in prog | 9220kHz | ending "= = 764 764 105 105 00000" |
| Mon 5 May | 18.39z | in prog | 12086kHz | ending "= = 987 987 120 120 00000" |
Not reported for some while but a "possible" 2960kHz, 01.00z, 11/5/02
The Mon/Tue skeds appear to be erratic, will this affect the Thurs G04 ?
Many more logs being received.

Heard 11th May 2002 with long TX, hand, 02.00z 6221kHz, mssgs of 64 & 73 gps, cut.
Noted that first & last gps of all mssgs were identical.
Last logging by MS was May 2001 ??, is this only an annual TX ???. Loggings appreciated.
Fri 26th Apl 02, 11.35z, 3442kHz. Uses short Zero (t)
Single 5 fig gps, sends "r" after every 10th gp.
